Order Issues & Eligibility

At DIFFERENTTHINGS.NET, every product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered or change of mind.

However, we do replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the problem

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost once the issue is verified.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us. After confirming the tracking status, we will issue a replacement.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Custom or personalized items

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • The product is out of stock

  • The order was canceled before production began

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
